We're thrilled to kick off Snowflake Strides this Winter, inviting you to a season of outdoor adventures, community engagement, and some holiday cheer. Join us for walks, make friends, and celebrate!

ABOUT THE WALKS
Each of the walks is accessible for All Ages and Abilities.
All routes have benches and public washroom facilities access.
Everyone is welcome. We cherish the value of intergenerational activities. We aim for these events to be an opportunity to meet new people and value our community.
This is an outdoor activity.
All walks are in collaboration with TransLink.
2023 ROUTES
December 16 @ Lafarge Lake
Join us for our first walk around Lafarge Lake in Coquitlam. Meet new people, enjoy Christmas lights, and engage in conversation. We will follow the route as shown. We’ll end the activity off at PappaRoti for some socializing and board games.
December 23 @ Burnaby Village Museum
Join us for our second walk of the season around Burnaby Village Museum. Meet new people, enjoy the Christmas lights and decorations, and engage in conversation. We will end our walk at the village cafe for some socializing.
January 13 @ Granville Island
Join us for our last walk around Granville Island! Meet new people, walk, and engage in conversation. We will conclude our walk at Salmon n Bannock for some socializing.
