Autumn Strolls is an event part of 4 Seasons Walks, a series of walks led by Living Streets by BEST.

ABOUT THE WALKS

  • Each of the walks is accessible for All Ages and Abilities.

  • All routes have benches and public washroom facilities access.

  • Everyone is welcome. We cherish the value of intergenerational activities. We aim for these events to be an opportunity to meet new people and value our community.

  • This is an outdoor activity. 

  • All walks are in collaboration with TransLink.


2023 ROUTES

October 14 - Burnaby Mountain

Join us for our first walk, in collaboration with SFU’s Graduate Student Society! We will follow the route as shown, engage in meaningful conversation, enjoy a pizza party, as well as participate in recreational activities.


October 21 - Burnaby Public Library (Metrotown)

Join us for our second walk, in collaboration with Diwali Fest! We will follow the route as shown and engage in stimulating conversation relating to Vancouver’s multiculturalism, Diwali and South Asian culture, and active transportation’s role in living in a multicultural city.


October 29 - Roundhouse Community Centre

Join us for our third walk, in collaboration with Diwali Fest! We will follow the route as shown and engage in stimulating conversation relating to Vancouver’s multiculturalism, Diwali and South Asian culture, and active transportation’s role in living in a multicultural city.


November 3 - Evergreen Cultural Centre

Join us for our last walk, in collaboration with Diwali Fest! We will follow the route as shown and engage in conversation relating to Vancouver as a multicultural city, Diwali and South Asian culture, and the role of active transportation in a multicultural city. A survey will be conducted at the end.
